Marigold 2.14.0 - New Features
It’s that time again: another Marigold update has just been released! Marigold v2.14.0 is more robust and faster than ever. Large projects can now be loaded with ease, layer organisation has been further enhanced, and the processing history of layers can now be visualised for that extra level of clarity.
What’s new?
- Layer history can now be visualized from the Layer History tool in the layer’s menu
- Multi-delete dialogs now available for all layer types
- Easier navigation - Dropdown boxes will now show over dialogs instead of requiring scrolling
- Faster loading of large projects
Layer History
Working on a joint project with a colleague and not sure exactly how they produced a layer? Or looking back on an old project and forgot what you did to get a result? That’s no longer a problem. The newest update brings with it the Layer History feature, enabling you to view every change and iteration in a layer's history. To view a layer’s history, simply select the layer and click on ‘Show layer history’. This opens the Layer history dialog box, where you can scroll through and view every change or process that has been made to produce the layer.

Multi-Delete Dialogs
Building on the improvements made in v2.13.0, we have now made it even easier to maintain an organized workspace. Rather than having to manually go through all your layers and delete them one by one, it is now possible to delete multiple layers simultaneously. Simply click the ‘+’ icon for whichever layer type you want to remove and select ‘Remove multiple layers’. You can then select the individual layers you want to remove or choose to remove all layers at once.
